SiteRead is a product of Elevision LLC. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Elevision LLC. When we say “you,” we mean you as a user of SiteRead.

2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name (if provided), and password (stored securely by our authentication provider, Supabase).
Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with SiteRead, including pages visited, features used, parcels analyzed, and sites saved. This data helps us improve the product.
Saved sites. When you save a site analysis, we store the parcel identifiers, analysis results, and any notes you add.
Technical data. We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information when you access SiteRead.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve SiteRead
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Store your saved sites and analysis data
- Communicate with you about your account or the service
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sources
SiteRead displays publicly available data from government sources including county assessor records, FEMA flood maps, US Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, state education agencies, and USFWS National Wetlands Inventory. We do not claim ownership of this public data.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers — third-party services that help us operate SiteRead (hosting, authentication, analytics)
- Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and saved sites within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth with JWT tokens), and access controls on our databases. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may:
- Access, update, or delete your account information through Account Settings
- Export your saved site data
- Delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data
- Contact us at info@siteread.ai with any data-related requests
9. Cookies
SiteRead uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
